Whether it is a change of heart or a warranty concern, our streamlined process ensures your experience remains as seamless as our canopy designs.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the umbrella securely in its original protective sleeve and shipping box to ensure it arrives back at our facility in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated courier; once received and inspected by our team, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
